Why Ash Grove North
Ash Grove Cement Company is a leader and pioneer in the cement industry. For 137 years, we have provided portland and masonry cements to construct the highways, bridges, commercial and industrial complexes, and single- and multi-family homes fundamental to America’s economic vitality and quality of life. In 2018, Ash Grove Cement was purchased by CRH plc, the largest building materials company in North America and the second largest worldwide. With the Ash Grove acquisition, the two CRH Cement plants and 15 terminals are now being branded Ash Grove North. In 2020, CRH’s two cement plants and 15 terminals in Canada and the US Great Lakes adopted the Ash Grove brand and became the Ash Grove North region.
Ash Grove produces and distributes a variety of high-quality general purpose and specialized cements, as well as a wide range of bagged cements for major construction markets.

Ash Grove North is proud to provide cement to customers across Canada and in the US from our cement plants in Joliette, Québec and Mississauga, Ontario. The plants are supported by a broad distribution network of 15 terminals located across Canada and the US.
